Recruiting & Search Agreement
When our clients ask Profilpartners to help recruit new people an agreement will be sent to the client for mutual signatures and with description of the recruiting process - if the new employee is going to be headhunted and/or by advertising and other terms.
Recruiting Fee
Profilpartners` fee is between 13-17 % of the first year’s total salary inclusive pension scheme, but excl. other benefits as company car, mobile phone etc. The size of the fee depends on the complexity of the recruiting job.
No-employment-no-pay
Profilpartners work by the no-employment-no-pay principle, which means that you as a client will not be charged a fee until you have signed a contract with one of the candidates that Profilpartners has presented to you.
If despite all odds you are not going to employ a candidate that Profilpartners has presented to you no recruiting fee is due.
Payment Terms
Profilpartners` payment terms are net 30 days.
