When you register with Profilpartners in connection with a job application, we ask you at the same time to give your consent to keeping the data and the use of cookies in accordance to our data policy.

Profilpartners’ key competence is to help our clients to recruit the best people within the European Economic Union. The reason why your data is kept on file is to fill our mission that Profilpartners now – or within 3 years – can help you get a temporary or permanent job with one of our clients.

By registering your data with Profilpartners we only ask you to enclose data such as name, address, phone number and email with the purpose that we can contact you to offer you relevant job vacancies.

When you apply for a job you attach a job application and a CV with information about your educational background, experiences and competencies. With this information we can match your profile to certain jobs.

When you attend an interview with Profilpartners you can choose to include more personal information regarding race, religious background, health issues, sexual orientation and criminal record. If you enclose such information it gives us the best opportunity to find the best job for you.

You have the right to:

• Access the registered information via electronic access or copy
• Change or delete your data
• Get the registered data verified
• Withdraw your consent to Profilpartners handling your data
• Oppose to profiling, we will NOT pass on your data without your consent
• Complain to the Danish Protection Association (DPA) if you think that Profilpartners has not lived up to the legislation

The use of cookies happens in connection with you visiting Profilpartners’ website and is used to collect data for statistical purposes in Google Analytics.

All the information that Profilpartners forward to third parties (clients only) will be anonymized and will never be forwarded without your full consent.
